The Rady School has been equipped with an electronic system to control access to the facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you join the Rady School, you will be issued a proximity or "prox" card that will uniquely identify you to the security system and allow you to gain access to student areas within the school. 

In the event that your prox card is lost or stolen, please contact the Rady Help Desk immediately to revoke access through our security system.

To replace your prox card, you will need to submit a $30 payment online here. A receipt will be emailed to you. You will present your emailed receipt to the IT Help Desk (located in the Sony Computer Suite on the second floor of Otterson Hall) and they will provide you with a replacement prox card.
