The following policies apply for alumni to audit Rady classes:
- Rady
alumni can audit Rady courses contingent on space availability and a
completed application
- Classes
can be audited either remotely or in-person. In-person auditing is open
only for elective Rady School classes. At this time, remote auditors will
have access to class recordings and materials through Canvas but cannot
participate in class sessions.
- There
is no fee to audit courses
- Canvas
access will be provided for both in-person and remote auditing
- Alumni
auditing a class in-person will be provided with a prox card.
- Alumni
auditing a class in-person are responsible for their own parking
arrangements (information will be
provided)
- Alumni
auditing a class in-person must introduce themselves to the instructor at
the start of the first class meeting
- In
the event there are more applicants than allotted slots, priority will be
given to alums that have not previously audited any classes. If needed,
auditors will be chosen by a random lottery.
- By
signing this form, I agree to abide by the above policies and the UC San
Diego Policy on Integrity of Scholarship: http://senate.ucsd.edu/Operating-Procedures/Senate-Manual/Appendices/2
